01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations before withdrawals may be processed.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ggvip88 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the ggvip88 Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an active ggvip88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine gaming regulations. ggvip88 does not permit access to players under 21 under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal construct) accessing the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.

4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of ggvip88 or any of its affiliated game providers.
5. You must not be under a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed via ggvip88's responsible gaming tools or imposed by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory body.
6. You must not be listed on any applicable exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any Philippine government agency.

ggvip88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by ggvip88 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending KYC completion.

04 Account Registration & KYC

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the ggvip88 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, your date of birth, your current residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.

As part of the KYC process required under PAGCOR regulations, ggvip88 may request the following documents before processing your first withdrawal:

• One (1) valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or voter's ID)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your registered mobile number)
• Selfie holding your government-issued ID, upon request

You must keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times. Notify ggvip88 customer support promptly if any of your registered details change. ggvip88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain current contact information.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. ggvip88 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, USDT, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven cash payments. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Real-Money Balance upon confirmed receipt. ggvip88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your legal name. ggvip88 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal request may be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved by the ggvip88 compliance team.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Balances must have been fully satisfied, or the Bonus Balance must have been forfeited.
• The Account must be in good standing with no active investigation for fraud, money laundering, or policy violations.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ggvip88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit threshold, and expiry period.

General Bonus Terms applicable to all ggvip88 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are separate from your Real-Money Balance. Real-Money Balance is wagered first unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Standard wagering requirements for ggvip88 welcome bonuses are stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering must be completed within the specified validity window, after which uncompleted bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Account.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the specific promotion page for contribution tables.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• ggvip88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using bonus funds with strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ggvip88 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers whose products have been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. ggvip88 does not manipulate game outcomes. Certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are those published by the respective game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and stakes refunded to the Player's Real-Money Balance at ggvip88's discretion. ggvip88 shall not be liable for losses attributed to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

For sports betting, all markets and results are governed by the specific Sports Betting Rules published in the Platform's sports section. In the event of conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule shall prevail. ggvip88 reserves the right to void bets where odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error.

Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply to certain games and promotional periods. These limits are communicated within the respective game or promotion details and form part of these Terms.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ggvip88 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place or manage wagers
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud ggvip88 or other players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to ggvip88 immediately
• Laundering money or using the Platform as a vehicle for any financial crime
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits through your payment provider
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ggvip88 support staff or other players

ggvip88 reserves the right to take immediate action upon detection of prohibited conduct, including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies where the conduct may constitute a criminal offense.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ggvip88 Platform — including but not limited to the ggvip88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ggvip88 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ggvip88.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggvip88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ggvip88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

ggvip88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and circumstances beyond ggvip88's control (including internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, and regulatory directives) may result in temporary service interruptions for which ggvip88 shall not be liable.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

ggvip88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• Direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login for a period of twelve consecutive months)

Upon Account closure due to a Player-initiated request and in good standing, any verified Real-Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Balances are non-refundable upon Account closure.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting ggvip88 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Responsible Gaming

ggvip88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We actively support responsible gaming and provide the following tools, accessible directly from your Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders and session cut-offs after a defined period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the ggvip88 Platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

ggvip88 collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR and AMLC) only to the extent necessary to provide the Platform services and comply with legal obligations.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact ggvip88 customer support to seek resolution of the dispute through our internal complaints process. ggvip88 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ggvip88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or via a prominent in-Platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available at ggvip88.app/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
